Survey
Engineering surveying is a complex of activities that is the basis for design work, and provides an opportunity to obtain reliable information about the basement structure, geological, hydrological, topographical features of the construction site. The obtained research results allow to choose the least-cost solutions, to carry out the integrated assessment of the project in economic and technical terms. These are the initial stage of design and the quality of its implementation that affect not only the whole further project cycle, but also the compatibility with the natural environment in the long run.
Among the surveying works are the following:
- geodetic and topographic;
- geophysical and seismological;
- hydrological, meteorological;
- laboratory tests;
- hydrogeological;
- engineering and geological, geotechnical surveying.
Design
ARSiD undertakes the design of projects of any complexity.
Stages of project definition works:
- Development of feasibility study documentation. At this stage, the materials required for design are chosen, and the rough plan is developed. Feasibility Study documentation is provided for approval and applied for further design works.
- Development of basic design. The documentation is supplemented with information on architecture, power supply and laying method of utility networks. The impact of the object on environment is also evaluated.
- Development of detailed design documentation. At this stage all engineering aspects are studied in depth. Upon completion, the project is delivered to the construction site.
While detailing, the advanced developments in the construction field are applied.
